  2、GC32机芯不开机的维修与判定方法

         该故障为BGA与DDR(U7、U8)数据交换异常造成,重点测试FSDQS(R76、R78、R81、R83)数据选通信号耦合电阻是否开路或FSDATA0—31信号耦合排阻是否脱焊。
 
  FSDQS波形如下,该信号由BGA发出
  
 
  FSCDATA波形如下,该信号由BGA与DDR相互交换处理
 
  存储区地址输入BA0或BA1异常将造成如下故障,该信号由BGA发出测试均有波形
 
  BGA与DDR的地址交换异常将出现如下乱码故障
 
  4、像不良判定汇总
  A、图像偏色、竖线、雨点干扰等为BGA与DDR数据处理异常;若字符正常,软件正常的情况下可判定为BGA坏,若图像、字符均异常故障可能在DDR或BGA,可测试波形进行判定;图像在TV状态下FSDATA0-A31都有波形;
B、图像乱码、重影为BGA发给DDR的地址信号丢失,可测波形判定;图像在TV状态下FSADDR0-R11都有波形,R12无波形,测试时U7、U8都需测试,若其中一个IC的任一路地址丢失都会是乱码;该现象在维修中80%为过孔不通,以后遇到类似故障大家不要盲目的换DDR或判定为BGA损坏;

  5、无像的检修思路与判定
  A、开机测试三个关键点电压都有,软件也正常但仍黑屏无显示;此时可测BGA与DDR是否有数据波形交换,若测试波形为脉冲方波,同时DDR处理IC U7、U8迅速发热,该现象多为BGA发出的“行、列地址选通CAS、RAS有一路信号丢失,该信号任一路丢失都将导致U7、U8不工作;该信号可测其波形判定,该故障多为PCB板过孔不通造成;
 
  B、开机测试三个关键点电压都有,背光亮,软件也正常但仍黑屏无显示;此时测BGA与DDR也有数据波形交换;可再测量LVDS信号TXA0—TXA3(信号)与TXAC(时钟)的电压,正常每一位都有电压在0.6—2V间,若测其中一路无电压,可再测量其对地阻值即可判定,该现象80%为BGA内部差分电路击穿造成短路而使屏中心板检测输入信号异常而不工作;LVDS信号任一路短路都将造成无像,该现象有一部份为屏中心板异常导致LVDS负载过重而将BGA内部差分电路损坏,换板后别盲目的通电,需先测量中心板的LVDS信号对地阻值无异常后再通电,避免又将BGA烧坏。
