    一、此板主芯片OZ9938介绍 
  1、OZ9938简介
  OZ9938也是OZ公司生产的一款专用于CCFL驱动的集成电路,支持2~6个CCFL,和同类产品比,具有高效率、高可靠、高集成度、外部元件少的特点。内有PWM脉冲调光系统;恒定工作频率;通过外接场效应管扩展输出功率;内置灯管开路保护和过压过流保护电路;优化了软启动功能;通过调整外接阻容元件用户可以自定义启动和关机延迟时间;具有多种调光模式:内部脉宽调制、外部脉宽调制及模拟调光功能;最高工作电压7V,正常工作电压范围4.5V~5.5V;模拟调光电压范围0.7~2.7V。
  2、OZ9938引脚功能介绍
  ①脚驱动输出端1。该脚输出方波激励信号,可以外接场效应管的栅极。
  ②脚电源供电端。该脚电压超过欠压闭锁阈值(4.5V),芯片内部电路就可以正常启动。
  ③脚定时器设定。该脚通过外接的阻容元件设定一个定时时间,供内部停机和保护电路采用。把该脚短路,可使过压和过流失效
  ④脚亮度控制端。该脚根据⑾脚的设定,可以输入PWM脉冲调宽信号或者直流电压信号来控制灯管亮度。
  ⑤脚灯管电流检测。在灯管点亮时,该脚电压大于0.7V,集成电路进入正常运行模式,脉宽调制亮度控制电路启动。如果该脚电压在电路启动后为零,则保护电路开始动作,芯片停止激励信号输出。所以不能采用短路电流信号的方法来判断是否存在过流故障。
  ⑥脚反馈电压检测。该脚接受来自高频变压器的反馈电压,如果CCFL灯管损坏或者断开,该脚电压就会增加。极限电压为3.0V,达到此值则关闭激励信号。该脚电压超过⑦脚的用户设定电压值保护电路也会启动。
  ⑦脚过流过压保护值设定。通过该脚外接的电阻分压网络可以设定过压和过流保护动作阈值。

  ⑩使能端。该脚电压大于2V时内部电路启动,小于1V时内部电路关闭。

  实际34005565电源R712没装,说明是用直流来调光,电压Vpp3.6V频率为1.5KHz三角波
。④脚电压0.1V时,占空比为0%,灯管最暗。④脚电压达到1.5V时,占空比为100%,灯管最亮。
  (12)脚为软启动时间设定和环路补偿。该脚外接一个电容,在启动时,该电容进行充电,充电完成后输出激励脉冲才达到最大值,以避免对CCFL等元件的电流冲击。同时该脚还参与环路保护功能,当灯管开路或损坏时,该脚电压会迅速上升,当达到2.5V时,内部偏置电流对③脚定时器电容进行充电,充到3V时,芯片关闭输出激励信号。注意这个电压只是在保护电路动作瞬间出现,由于保护电路动作后芯片停止,所以在该脚上是测不到电压的。
  (13)脚通过外接阻容元件设定点灯频率和工作频率。,开机时产生115KHz点灯频率,固定工作时86KHz频率。
  (14)脚接地。模拟信号接地端。
  (15)脚驱动输出端2。该脚输出方波激励信号,可以外接场效应管的栅极。
  (16)脚接地。末级驱动输出级接地。

  1、怎样判断C758-C765坏?
(1)、逐个焊下C758-C765,如是断裂换上即可;
(2)、分别焊下D704 D705 D707 D710,焊下哪一个不保护有光,就是与二极管相对应的两个电容坏;
(3)、在万用表接一个二极管,(电容为100n涤纶,没有也可以)探头去测C758-C765对比各路电压,正常2~4V电压大的为该电容坏
